Dransfield’s PowerPlay at Blackpool

We were delighted to attend the WMCIU AGM recently, which was held at the Winter Gardens, Blackpool on April 5th.

As always, the trade exhibition was held the day before at Blackpool Pleasure Beach and Dransfields was happy to take up our regular place at the event. We always welcome the opportunity to meet up with old friends in the trade, to talk to potential and existing customers, and to generally catch up with what’s going on in clubs up and down the country.

This year we unveiled our latest product at Blackpool – the Power Play digital gaming machine. This exciting addition to our range is based on state-of-the-art technology, and features two 24" high-definition screens and a banknote payout feature. It’s got a great menu: Hot Games, Club Fruits, Slots and Casino options including a Roulette style game and Poker; new games are regularly added at no extra cost. With a maximum prize jackpot of £400 for stakes of up to £2, it may even help clubs attract players back from the bookies !

Power Play – which is exclusive to Dransfields – received a great reception from the clubs who saw it in Blackpool and we took a good number of orders on the day.

There was a lot of positivity from both suppliers and customers, and this bodes really well for the club sector, especially given the improving economic position.
